so i was at work the other day and i bumped into one of our members. now where she was dripping with sweat my first words were "we all done for the day yeh?", and her reply was "no, i'm just getting started".
i will reiterate she was literally sweating buckets loads so my thought was what the hell is she about to start on. she said "i've just finished doing an hour on the treadmill and now i'm going to do weights, as i'm struggling to tone up more".
long story short but I told her to come see me after her weights and went through the notion of cardio and weights which I'm about to explain below...

most people do EXACTLY what is says on the tin, put on the wrong type of weight/if any at all...then say the shake doesn't work for them. yes some shakes may not work for you but if you've gone through 10 different brands of shakes and you're still saying shakes don't work, then maybe its because you are not allowing the shakes to work for you.
